The best boutique in Columbus! They offer a unique assortment that you won't find anywhere else in the Short North with a great blend of designers, trend and staple pieces. New product comes in daily, so there's always something new to check out :) The customer service is exceptional, they are there to help you if you need it but not in an overwhelming manner.

Allison has been styling me for close to 10yrs now and I'd be lost without her! I left Ohio in 2016, and I still turn to LB for anything fashion. Whether it's texts of new shipments that have arrived, suggestions for what would look best on me, or simple IG threads to get advice, Allison and her team are ALWAYS responsive and supportive. It's not easy shipping to and from California, but they always do it with a smile. Ladybird will always be where I turn for inspiration. LOVE you birds.

The Ladybird pieces in my closet have become a time-capsule for my life. I can pick up a dress and share which birthday i wore it and i can grab a pair of denim and share how long they've lasted despite repetitious wear. It's rare nowadays to find such quality, but even more rare to find someone who cares as much as the owner, Allison. Each garment, accessory, and treasure that lines the ladybird shelves are hand selected by Allison which i think is such a special detail. The gals on the LB team are equally as passionate and stylish and have guided me many times with looks and intentional purchases. You will love this spot not just for style, but for inspiration and conversation (and it always smells so heavenly). 💞💖

Ladybird has the some of the best options of brands and styles that appeal to a wide array of tastes. Every visit is met with extremely friendly and knowledgeable people who are GREAT at suggesting items and helping you find what is best for YOU! It is great to see such a successful woman owned small business in the Short North. Could not say enough great things!

Best boutique in Columbus! Allison, the owner is always finding the newest, coolest brands and does a great job at always stocking the classics with the best new trends. She, and the rest of her staff are always welcoming and provide valuable insight on what styles will work best for each and every person. I’ve never had a disappointing experience and always look to Ladybird to dress me for all my most important events!

I have shopping at Ladybird for the past 6 years when I moved to Ohio. Ever since I met Alison, the owner she has gone out of her way to make me look fabulous. I don't live in the Downtown area, I live in Dublin and she has always had all my items delivered straight to my front door. Game changer. Even if things don't fit or work out she picks up for free as well. Whether I need a girls night look, a piece of denim, a pair of one of a kind shoes, date night, Gala, and just everyday basics, jewelry and accessories she is my go too for every look. I always get compliments on my outfits every time I am out and about. I buy all my teacher gifts from her too, the BLVD. bags are a wonderful gift especially with the custom monogramming. Her selection of brands is on point and price points are great as well no matter any budget. You are bound to find something very unique at Ladybird. If you want a one of a kind piece, Ladybird is must. Having someone that knows your look has made my life way easier. I highly recommended Ladybird and the entire team. ❤️❤️

This boutique absolutely nails it. The selection is curated—not cluttered—with pieces that actually feel unique instead of the same recycled stuff every other shop carries. The staff knows their inventory cold and gives real, honest guidance instead of hovering or pushing random items. The store is organized, the vibe is upscale without being pretentious, and the quality of the clothes is exactly what you hope for at a boutique.
